A set of achievements, understandings and personal attributes that make individuals more likely to gain employment and to be successful in their chosen occupations.

What are employability skills?
Employability skills are the transferable skills needed by an individual to make them ‘employable’. Along with good technical understanding and subject knowledge, employers often outline a set of skills that they want from an employee.

Employment Pathway
Our organisation has a variety of employment pathway programs that can be tailored to individuals, group or the whole organisation. This program will equip the individual, with a thorough understanding of what each potential employee has to offer employers along with extensive knowledge and practical skills on obtaining suitable employment. This will enable the individual to become more competitive in the job market therefore impacting upon an increased opportunity for efficient outcomes and employment placements.

Our Programs
VETEA offers 5 employability programs to assist international and local candidates such as employability skills program for new graduates, back to work program for injured workers, placement program for job seekers, career pathway program and skilled migration internship program.
